Growth and scaleability goes together but they are not the same. Scaleability is the ability of the firm to handle a growing amount of business (sales, customers, products/services) or demand in a capable and cost-effective manner.
This module is not about starting a business. It is about tips and traps in growing and scaling a business. At the end of this module, participants are expected to be able to:
